Our parent company Transdigm offer a management development programme (MDP) for Business Management Masters Graduates. Transdigm, one of the world’s largest aerospace component companies employs over 16,000 people across 51 international units, with 100 manufacturing sites worldwide. The TransDigm Mangagement Development programme is a 2-Year programme consisting of four 6-month rotational assignments at a selection of operating units. Available rotations in Operations, Product Development, Sales & Marketing and Supply Chain. You will work with a senior leader as your mentor who will coach you to help you accomplish your goals. This programme is geared towards developing the next generation of Aerospace Leaders so you will be mentored by our leadership team who are invested in your success. An opportunity not to be missed.
